1The main equipment consists of a high mixing machine, an automatic feeding hopper, a granulator, a centrifugal cyclone, a vibrating distribution screen, and a storage bin, achieving automatic integrated granulation of chemical raw materials. Due to the characteristics of different rubber compounds, the granulation methods are also different. The granulation modes widely used in the industry are twin-screw granulation, air-cooled granulation, spray granulation, and water pull granulation, which are common granulation production methods at present.
